Frequently Asked Questions
Rates, documents, deposits, mileage and delivery — everything we get asked before a first booking.
The questions we get asked most, answered in full. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp and we will add it.
Booking and payment
How do I book a car?
Pick your car on the fleet page and hit Book now, or send us the model and dates on WhatsApp. Either way you get a written quote showing the daily rate, VAT, deposit and any delivery charge before you commit to anything.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Tabby, plus bank transfer for corporate accounts. The security deposit must go on a card in the main driver's name.
Is VAT included in the price shown?
Rates displayed on the site are before 5 per cent UAE VAT. Your quote and final invoice both show the VAT line separately so there is no ambiguity.
Do the weekly and monthly discounts apply automatically?
Yes. Seven days or more gets the weekly rate, thirty days or more gets the monthly rate, and you always receive whichever is cheaper. No promo code needed.
Documents and requirements
What documents do I need?
UAE residents: a valid UAE driving licence and Emirates ID. Visitors: passport, home-country driving licence and an International Driving Permit. We take copies at handover and nothing else is required.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Eighteen, across the entire fleet including sports cars and SUVs. Some categories may require a minimum licence-held period, which we will tell you at the time of booking.
Can someone else drive the car?
Only if they are named on the contract as an additional driver, which is free but has to be arranged before the car is handed over. An unlisted driver invalidates the insurance.
Deposit, insurance and mileage
How much is the security deposit?
AED 1,500, refundable, held on your card. It is released once the car is returned and any Salik or fines have been settled. Corporate contracts carry no deposit at all.
What does the insurance cover?
Comprehensive cover is included on every rental. There is an excess payable in the event of an at-fault accident, and the exact figure for your car is stated on the contract before you sign.
How much mileage do I get?
250 km per day on daily and weekly rentals, and 5,000 km per month on monthly contracts. Extra kilometres are charged at a flat rate quoted up front, never as a surprise line on the invoice.
Who pays for Salik and traffic fines?
You do, but only at cost. Salik tolls are totalled at the end of the rental and any fine is passed on with the official record attached, so you can see the date, time and amount.
Delivery, collection and changes
Where can you deliver the car?
Collection from our Dubai office is free, and so is delivery to every terminal at Dubai International. Anywhere else inside Dubai is AED 150, at whatever time you choose.
How quickly can I get a car?
Usually the same day. Message us before mid-afternoon and we can normally have the car with you that evening, subject to the model being free.
Can I extend a rental that has already started?
Yes, just message the same number. If the extension takes you past seven or thirty days, the better weekly or monthly rate is applied to the whole period, not just the extra days.
What if I return the car late?
There is a short grace period. Beyond that, extra hours are charged pro rata against the daily rate rather than as a penalty. Tell us in advance and we will usually just extend the contract instead.
